    Dropped my documents for completing my taxes. Preparer called to ask question that I had already answered. Called and left an additional question which I returned the call the same day. Did not recieve a call back until the following day. Preparer wanted to schedule an appointment which I agreed. I arrived 15 mins early but the tax preparer was not there. I left and came back at the designated time and still not there. The office manager called the preparer but got their voicemail. Waited over an hour for my appointment with a preparer that showed up for work. My time is their time. Not the first experience with HR Blocks shoddy service in Chattanooga TN but it will be the last!

    I have been a Regions customer for about a year, and am fairly convinced this is an example of licensed organized crime. The policies of Regions Bank are absolutely unconscionable by any reasonable standard, and this is my final week as a Regions customer. Avoid this bank, at all costs, if you have any desire to be treated humanely. The fee schedule and account manipulation are all designed to essentially rob you without remorse. It's as if the worst used car dealer on earth partnered with a title loan operator and decided to open a bank. I feel dirty walking into a Regions branch. Fortunately I won't have to any longer after this week.

  • Review of "ATM (Mapco Express)" at Chattanooga

    I stopped there on 3/9/12 for gas, then got on the hwy 24 toward chattanooga. Got stuck in traffic due to a car accident. My truck started freaking out while stuck in traffic. Idling at about 500 and shaking. I'm freaking out. Went to Auto Zone for testing, thinking maybe I had a faulty spark plug or something. Nope. I HAD GOTTEN A HOLD OF SOME BAD GAS FROM THIS LOCATION. I bought a $10 bottle of Sea Foam gas treatment and was told to "dog it" the rest of the way home to clean it out. Yeah, going 90 down hwy27 all the way to Soddy Daisy hoping I didn't get pulled over. It was a harrowing experience after a very hard day of work and I will NEVER go to this or any other Mapco express for as long as I live :(
